Miura Ayako is a female writer born in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. He became a famous writer because of his debut work "Freezing Point". After her death, Asahikawa City set up a literary museum to commemorate her. This museum was opened in Heisei 10 (1998). As a cultural heritage for future generations, it not only collects and preserves literary materials related to the writer Ayako Miura, but also introduces the background of the time when the work was born. The exhibition room is composed of 5 exhibition rooms from the first to the fifth with the theme of "Hope, Love, and Life". There are also libraries, reference rooms, coffee rooms, etc.
