In the coldest season, I visited the Kokushi Warriors of Takasago Brewing, and paired with the lamb barbecue at Genghis Khan Daikokuya, it is absolutely a perfect match! The blizzard stopped, and the scenery under the lights was particularly clean.
A winery with a century of history. In fact, it is an old house and a small workshop, but the quality of sake inside is still quite good. I bought two bottles myself, and the price is very affordable. Not bad!
Takasago Brewing is a 100-year-old brewery in the Asahikawa region. It uses the natural melt water of Daisetsuzan to brew the Kokudo Musou series of Japanese sake, which can be called the representative of Hokkaido sake.
