The Casariani monastery is located on the hill of HYMETTOS, about 5 km east of Athens, built in the late 11th century and is the most famous of the many Orthodox monasteries in the area. The architectural style is very similar to the church of the Saint Apostles in the ancient market. The monastery is closed on Monday, although it is open to the public. Remember to avoid eating a closed door like I did.

This is not done due to time, it seems not easy
The abbey is very old building, the whole height is about 30 meters, the thin clock tower is far away to see, the surrounding environment is good.
There will be rows of benches, there will be crosses on the wall, and later when I saw it a few times when I passed by the car, the appearance is quite majestic.
