As a regular tourist thought the process of entering the Parliament House was very cumbersome, but I didn't expect to check the bag I took with me to visit. Built in 1885, the building covers 51 acres and was designed by architects modeled on the Capitol in Washington, DC, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970 and was named a National Historic Landmark in 1986. Amazing the passing of the world does not affect its appearance and internal structure, as always brand new, visitors can visit the government office, have time to visit around the building outside, from all angles to enjoy the century-old building.

Texas Capitol Plaza Texas Capitol Hill on a hillside in downtown Austin, the Capitol looks like the U.S. Capitol, but the color is light coffee. Around the Houses of Parliament there are many monuments and sculptures to commemorate the major historical events in Texas, the world wars and civil wars that Texas participated in, and some historical buildings, and the Governor’s Mansion is also nearby.
The Texas Capitol Building, located in Austin, Texas, was built in 1885 and covers an area of 51 acres. It was designed by architects like the Washington Capitol and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970. In 1986 it was named a national historical landmark. The center of the rotunda in the center of the building has a large stamp surrounded by six national stamps. Portraits of the presidents of the republic and the governors of Texas hang on each floor of the four-story ring hall, open to the public.
We walked here in Austin one afternoon and arrived at the Capitol building. We visited the building for free at 4:30 that afternoon. There was a lot of information about the building. The guide spoke very quickly and told a lot of history in 35 minutes. This free tour was not bad.
Our state Capitol was a fun, brief introduction to the country's history. Portraits of the leaders hanging in the halls were incredible, and a "lone star" on the roof was characteristic. While waiting, to be screened, you can look at the ancient hinges above the door (the old ones will have a string of numbers on them, the new ones will not).
