Baise Ridge Drifting

Dawangling Primitive Forest is located on the southwest side of Baise City. It is famous for its well-preserved virgin forest, rare cypress community in China and thrilling canyon rafting. Rafting is a popular way to play here. The river conditions are good, the surrounding ancient trees are towering, the rocks are rugged, and the scenery is beautiful. Dawangling rafting is only open from April to October every year, and the scenic spot is closed in other seasons. The whole course of the river is about 5 kilometers and can be floated in about 2 hours. There are two people drifting in a boat. There are lush virgin forests on both sides along the way, there are many tall ancient trees, etc., the environment is very beautiful, and the forest covers the sky, so there is no need to worry about being exposed to the sun during the drifting process. The rafting river is divided into several sections. There are very calm waters for tourists to relax and watch, and there are also exciting reef sections, which are very interesting. After reaching the end point, the service area of the scenic spot is intimately equipped with ginger syrup and hot water bath, which can be purchased on demand. On the way of rafting, there will also be cameras in the scenic spot to capture the clips of the process for everyone, and sell them at the end. After the rest at the end point, you can take the free shuttle bus of the scenic spot to return to the starting point. In addition to the experience of rafting, there is also a walking plank road in the scenic area. The plank road is about 5 kilometers long. It is built along the river and is basically parallel to the rafting route. If you don’t want to drift, you can also consider taking a walk here. Both sides of the plank road are lush and green, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the virgin forest. And because of the warm and humid climate, you won't feel very tired when you walk in it, and the whole round trip takes about two hours. In addition, if you want to experience the trail roaming after rafting, you can also choose not to take the shuttle bus at the end and walk along the trail back to the starting point.
