I recently visited the Beijing Zoo and had an overall great experience. One of the best parts was watching the monkeys—they were lively and fun to observe. For example, Malayan tapirs, which live in tropical rainforests with lots of water. They are solitary, nocturnal animals that hide in the jungle to rest during the day. There are also South African gemsboks, which have long horns, are good runners, and are alert. There are also banded mongooses, and more. It was an eye-opening experience. The animal world is endless, and there is no end to exploring it. The most delightful animals were the white pelicans, with their white feathers, long yellow beaks, and slow movements. They are so beautiful. I suddenly realized that I had been ignoring Beijing Zoo, which has beautiful scenery and a rich animal world. It's worth visiting again.
