Located on the southwest side of Beijing West Railway Station, Lotus Pond Park is now a free citizen park. Hongchi is clear water and light clouds and wind. In history, the Lotus Pond water system is extremely important. From the time of Beijing's construction to the Jinzhongdu era, it is the water source of Beijing. This arrangement did not change until Yuan Da was established. When Beijing West Railway Station was built, the original site was located in Lotus Pond Park. After the appeal of the famous historical geographer Mr. Hou Renzhi, he moved to the north to preserve this historical resort. There is now a monument to Mr. Hou Renzhi in the park. There are gates on three sides of the east and west of the park, and a wall between the north and Beijing West Railway Station.

Lotus Pool Park is close to the west side of the South Square of Beijing West Railway Station. The park is famous for planting lotus flowers.
