An iconic location that was not to be missed as part of our group tour. It was very busy with a number of different queue systems, all of which our guide expertly navigated
The place is massive way bigger than I imagined and surrounded by all these important landmarks like the Forbidden City and the Great Hall of the People. The giant portrait of Chairman Mao really stands out, and it’s impossible not to feel the history here. There were tons of people, some taking photos, others just strolling around. I stayed long enough to catch the flag-raising, and it was so precise and serious it gave me chills.
Tiananmen Square is still worth a visit. It has appeared in the textbook since childhood, and also learned to sing the songs written to it. You don't have to make an appointment with Tiananmen Square alone when you have a national Expo. The price of umbrellas and raincoats for convenient cars is relatively close to the people.
May the motherland prosper and prosper, the mountains and rivers are beautiful, it really shock the motherland long live
Amazing architecture is a historical place mixed with Soviet architecture. many people around visiting, very safe and clean and the people are nice.
Remember to book your visit to Tiananmen Square via their site, they have the details online. Was a nice experience being out there, and they’re super friendly too. Managed to get some decent pics.
