Very traditional European town style is next to King Lake. Colorful buildings and not-so-wide streets. At first glance, it is a place with a slow pace of life. It is said that there will be markets and activities on weekends. Normally, there are not many people. Some hotels are here. Many elderly people live in guest houses and walk to Königssee.
This small city is close to Germany. Winter is relatively cold, but the scenery is very good in spring and summer. It feels like the houses here are like small wooden houses. I don't know if they are firm. It would be fine if you stay here for a few days.
The city of Berchtesgaden is very small, the railway station is the center, and in front of the station is the bus stop to the surrounding attractions. There is a big supermarket on the right hand side of the bridge in front of the small carousel. It is very convenient to buy some tourist supplies. There are many homestays, but most of them are located on the hillside. It would be tiring to go up with luggage. It is recommended to live in a homestay along the railway track, at least on a flat road, and also close to the railway station.
The city is not very big, but it is really romantic, there is a sense of security, there is a taste of coming to hometown.
Berchtesgaden is a very beautiful place. The Alps and Königssee are nearby. There are different beautiful views from different angles, and the architecture and environment are very beautiful. The town feels quiet and comfortable, and the air is fresh and straight to the point. The people here are warm and friendly, which is a paradise.
