Discover the Life Through a Royal Lens exhibition, which showcases over a century of royal photography, from iconic public moments to rare behind-the-scenes portraits, tracing the British Royal Family's enduring relationship with the camera. Showcasing over 100 iconic photographs alongside rare off duty portraits, the exhibition will be available from 12th July to 27th September.

In July 2026, Blenheim Palace will complete its extensive £12 million roof restoration project aiming to safeguard the UNESCO World Heritage Site and ensure its protection for generations to come.

Home to the Dukes of Marlborough since 1705, Blenheim Palace was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. Set in over 2,000 acres of ‘Capability' Brown landscaped park and gardens, it was designed by Vanbrugh in the Baroque style and is also the birthplace of one of Britain's most famous leaders, Sir Winston Churchill.

With over 300 years of history to share and one of the most important and extensive collections in Europe, the magnificent stately home has a rich variety of cultural highlights and an extensive programme of special events and exhibitions. In 2026 its biggest restoration project to date, the Roof Restoration project is scheduled to be completed with the Rooftop View closing on 19th April. This monumental £12 million undertaking aims to preserve the roof's historic architecture and safeguard its heritage for future generations.
