Basilica di San Petronio A Gothic church located on Piazza Maggiore, it is one of Bologna's iconic buildings. Its exterior is half white and half brown, and the interior has many exquisite frescoes and sculptures, as well as a famous sundial. Due Torri One of Bologna's most famous attractions, these are two leaning towers built in the Middle Ages, called Torre degli Asinelli and Torre della Garisenda. You can climb the 498 steps of Torre degli Asinelli to enjoy a panoramic view of Bologna. Palazzo d'Accursio Bologna's old town hall, the second floor has a city gallery and the Farnese Chapel where Charles V was crowned King of Italy. You can make a reservation to climb the tower and overlook the entire Piazza Maggiore. MAMbo (Museo d'Arte Moderna di Bologna) As Morandi's hometown, this art museum houses Morandi's works donated to the city by Morandi's sister, and is the world's largest collection of Morandi's works. University of Bologna The oldest university in the world, founded in 1088, has produced many famous scholars and thinkers. Visit its campus and museum to experience its academic atmosphere and cultural heritage.

Piazza del Nettuno: Built in 1566, the fountain of Neptune is located here, as well as several landmark buildings. Chiesa della Madonna di Galliera: Built in 1304, it is the seat of the Archdiocese of Bologna. Museo Civico Medievale: A museum of medieval historical relics, with sarcophagi of Bologna University teachers, medieval artworks, weapons, etc. 2. Cattedrale di San Pietro: The mother church of the Archdiocese of Bologna, built in 910. Basilica di San Petronio: One of the most famous landmarks in the city, the sixth largest church in Italy and the largest Gothic brick church in the world, built in 1390 in honor of the city's patron saint, the 5th-century bishop Petronius. 3. When I went there, it was closed for maintenance, otherwise, you could go up the tower to visit. 4.
