Amazing staff member . Thankyou
I visited the theatre tonight with my husband. During the interval I needed the ladies. I had trouble accessing the stairs as they were steep, a lovely lady took me down in the lift, walked me to the ladies cloakroom, waited for me and took me back to rejoine my husband in the bar. Unfortunately I didn't get the ladies name but she was a member of staff . She went above abd and beyond and I can't thank her enough .

Went with my daughter to see Fawlty Towers. Wonderful production totally spoiled by restricted view! Decided to splash out for front stalls but big mistake. My seat was totally worn out, I was so low ...
Overpriced drinks!!
Visiting to see Fawlty Towers and decided to have pre drinks in the bar upstairs. Ordered a large Rose wine, zero Peroni and bottle of water. Was charged £29.25, which after we went to our seats, couldn’t work out why it cost nearly £30 for these drinks. We did not see a price list at the bar and I feel we were overcharged. Can you please clarify your bar prices please as with this charge it left a sour taste after such a great evenings entertainment. Kind regards Andy
