Gazing at the Sea. The first stop for a family trip in South Korea, Busan. The flight distance from Shanghai to Busan is quite short, only an hour and a half. After getting off the plane, we took a taxi to a hotel near Busan Station, the Wyndham Ankor Ramada Hotel in Busan. You can take a cable car that has a regular opaque or glass bottom and cross over to the other side where there is a full on nature walk, cafe and street food-style vendors. The glass bottom isn’t worth the extra to be honest as most of the time you’re over water and you lack the visual context to realize how high up you are. Most of the time you are looking around, not down. You can easily spend 3-4 hours here.
