This is a park showing the buildings and costumes of the Western Canada pioneering era. The construction in the park is like a western fortress. There are post offices, bakeries, wooden churches, schools, restaurants, iron houses, etc. in the early part of this century. The appearance of the town, with the entrance to the steam locomotive Selkirk type 5934, which used to travel through the Rocky Mountains and Selkirk Mountains.

The Folk Park Historical Village is a place with a very elegant environment. This folk park is a replica of Calgary's history. The historical village has a strong charm and design. Here you can experience the strong foreign-style architecture and food.
The Folk Park Historical Village reflects the early form of Canada. There are some antique buildings and transportation tools in the historical village. You can feel some of the architectural forms during the development of the West. The train can be used as a sightseeing tool.
