Grand Park, Grand Park. Grand Park is located in the heart of Los Angeles at 200 N Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90012. The word Grand can mean big, and Park can mean park naturally. We see someone translate Grand Park into a big park and we smile; It is better to translate Grand Park according to the custom of place names. In fact, Grand Park is not big; although it is not big, it has a undulating terrain. People always like some ups and downs, such as the hillside, such as curved path, eyebrows, lip line, twist, and then such as the uneven life. The park begins early in the day and many people rest here, both tourists and locals, mainly but not exclusively local residents of Los Angeles County. There is a characteristic that there is a court in the neighborhood, and according to the regulations here, the jury system is used, so there are many jury candidates every morning to afternoon in this park to rest, visit, read or just pass through. Because the park is located in the center of the city, parking is not convenient. Parking is available, but relatively expensive, and most self-driving tourists will park farther and walk all the way. Downtown Los Angeles is relatively convenient, and there are people on the subway, transfer buses or a short walk. Grand Park, generally quite good, quiet and elegant city park, pigeons and birds and people are happy. Every time I go to see someone reading, once a book, now a mobile phone and iPad. Seeing people reading quietly in the park, the world is still beautiful. The calm and low-key undulations are all good.
A really nice place to stop by with the kids if you're spending time downtown. They have a fun splash pad for the little ones with a starbucks right there. There is also another cool kids playground at the bottom of the park.
Love this park. Beautiful back drop of the Los Angeles skyline. It's a joy to enjoy with friends
I love to walk around here on cooler evenings. It's always very lively and filled with other people walking or running. It's nice to sit in front of the fountain and watch it change colors.
Great place to visit. There is a Starbucks conveniently located in front of a beautiful fountain. Nice place to walk and attend events.
Grand Park is a great resource for Downtown, having helped revitalize the long-dormant green space located between two rows of county government buildings. If Grand Park didn't add so much to the neighborhood, I would have subtracted a star because more needs to be done to attract moderately priced restaurants to the immediate area to serve weekend park-going families as well as local weekday workers. For now, you'll have to settle for a lone Starbucks in the park between Grand Ave and Hope St, next to the wading fountain. Directly above the Civic Center/Grand Park Metro station.
