Nice Sandy beach
Nice Sandy beach which was a welcome change from all the stoney beaches in Altea area. Water was lovely. VERY busy in July which was the main draw back.
Wonderful beach
Lovely clean sandy beach, raked and cleaned daily, restaurants and shops close by, promenade at the back. Sunny all day.
Nice beach but very busy
The longer of the two main beaches in Calpe, it has a really safe, pleasant family atmosphere with lovely shallow water ideal for paddling and keeping cool. Loads of bars, restaurants and snack shops ...
Excellent beach
Excellent beach, there are umbrellas for rent and sunbeds. There are also many restaurants on the nearby promenade. The sea is very good and there is an excellent view of the rock of Calpe.
The Main beach
This is an excellent beach, wide, sandy and cleaned / raked every night. It is south facing so gets the sun all day and the beach slopes very gently into the sea, making long, gentle rolling waves.
