Alexandra Gardens, good sized local park to explore with abad stand and interesting art work.Leaving the madding crowd of the high street Windsor, walk towards the mani bridge to Eton, but turn left and walk along the river.The Jubilee Fountain and the Alexandra Park can be found.

This is a well preserved park by the river. It is also convenient if you want a picnic as the car benchmark is nearby so you don’t have to drag the food etc too far. There is plenty of play space.
