The Getty Center is a large private art museum overlooking Los Angeles that was built with donations by American oil tycoon J. Paul Getty. The museum has a rich and varied collection including Greek and Roman statuary, Byzantine manuscripts, Renaissance paintings and other objet d'art, including Impressionist masterpieces by Van Gogh. There is also a large-scale natural park encircling the Getty Center. The design of the park and gardens is inspired by European horticultural tradition. Hundreds of rhododendrons form a huge topiary maze. This is truly a place where man and nature exist in perfect harmony.

The art collections, landscape design, and architectural sculptures are all worth checking out. There are four buildings here, located in the north, east, south, and west respectively. We advise you to pick up a map upon entering and visit the exhibitions that interest you.
Going to Getty Center on weekends, there are still quite a lot of people. This is an art museum built on a hill, more like a large garden with many oil paintings and artworks. I love it because it is a place where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Los Angeles.
