Part of Millennium Park, interesting and medium-sized, mostly with face patterns in the water spray, LED and fountain organic combination, many children playing with water.
Crown Fountain is interesting, the whole fountain is the kind of combination with the surrounding central square Oh, the fashion of the fountain is to feel some of Chicago's distinctive culture, many people here.
Be patient here. There are lots of kids running around and having fun. It's nice to pull up your trousers and take off your shoes and cool down in the water when it's hot. It's fun to see people's faces. There are benches to sit on if you don't want to play with water (it's about an inch deep).
Taking a stroll through Millennium Park is a must when in Chicago. It's an awesome park with very cool pieces of public art including Crown Fountain, which features two towers facing each other that display scenery along with the faces of locals, with a reflecting pool between them. It's interactive and playful. The faces displayed occasionally come to life and spit water out at you. On a hot day, you'll see plenty of families playing in the fountain.

This is a fun fountain in Millennium Park right along Michigan Avenue. There are two brick fountains on either side of the area which will display a slow video of a face. Every so often, the lips will open and a stream of water will erupt, giving the illusion that the face is spitting on the people underneath.
A great watering hole for the children in the city!
Crown Fountain is the bomb dot com. In the winter, the pillars show a variety of winter scenes and lights. In the summer... it's an urban beach. Water falls over and out of the pillars and the kids dance with delight in the shallow pool of water. Kids of ALL ages MUST take their shoes off and run through the water. Absolutely MUST.
