Xianmi National Forest Park

Xianmi Forest Park is the largest forest area in Qinghai Province, is the north gate of Qinghai, composed of the natural scenery of the plateau and many historical and humanistic landscapes throughout the county. The scenery is charming and can be called a holy place on earth.

💚 I didn't plan to come here, but because the time was still sufficient, local friends let us return to Xining from this road. 💚 This scenic spot looks like its name. We are used to Gobi and the desert these days and pass here again, like entering a paradise. There are mountains stained with yellow colors, creeks, villages at the foot of the mountain, and mottled shades of sunlight. 💚 The car drove on a narrow road, with cattle and sheep half-squinting their eyes, and eating the leaves of the dwarf trees leisurely. These 8 days of desolation are warmed by the vitality of this place, and the heart is quiet and peaceful. 💚 Listening to friends in Xining, this is the most beautiful place in Xining. However, it is easy to traffic jams and there is no parking place. All are known by few foreign tourists. We had a good day and didn’t experience traffic jams.

In spring and summer, the trees are sparse and prosperous; in autumn, the fruit is swaying gold, and the forest is dyed; in late autumn, the red and yellow leaves of various levels, there is a stream in front of them, and there is a snowy mountain in the back, and the scenery is beautiful! And in winter, the mountainside is snowy and the pine and cypress are green and upright, which is a holy place on earth. Yuershan Scenic Area in 2018 artificially built Qinghai Province's first glass covered bridge - three-D glass covered bridge, and far and near, tourists are endless, is a great place to relax and escape the heat.

In late autumn, there are red, yellow and green leaves on various levels, there is a stream in front, and there is a snow-capped mountain in the back, and the scenery is beautiful! But because roads are built everywhere, the traffic is not particularly convenient. It is about three to four hours drive from Xining, and most of the beautiful scenery is on the side of the road. It is only convenient to enjoy by car and chartered car.

Xianmi Forest Park is the largest forest area in Qinghai Province. The surface water and groundwater resources in the park are very rich. There are rich varieties of plants and animals. Since the park is not famous, it is not a mature attraction. You can drive through the mountains and forests and take pictures along the way.
