    Easy walk and nice views

    Easy 1-1 1/2 walk nice views of the basin and the spring area is nice. Stop at the Ranch house on the way and pick up a map/guide for the trail. Take the trail counter clockwise for better views

    Gorgeous oasis after a short desert climb

    Easy to moderate loop climb of 2.5 miles to a lush area fed by a clear spring. On a cool November day the sunny climb was easy, but I suspect it would be toasty in the summer. Gorgeous.
