Show More ReviewsWe took the Tonggan Cableway up and the Zhonghe Cableway down, which involved an 11-kilometer Jade Belt Cloud Trail. There weren't many uphill sections; it was mostly flat cement paths winding through the mountains, truly resembling a jade belt – a very apt description. The hike was very comfortable, but you need to plan your time carefully. The Zhonghe Cableway reportedly closes at 5 PM, and there's a queue. The Tonggan Cableway queue is faster (8 people per cabin), while the Zhonghe Cableway has open-air cabins for two people, so the queue is a bit longer. Watching the Zhonghe Cableway transport people down and then bringing back our supplies was quite convenient, haha.
