Suikyo Tenmangu Shrine

〒810-0001 Tenjin １ Chome １５−４ Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, has a majestic atmosphere in the middle of the city. We are celebrating Sugawara no Michizane. Speaking of Sugawara no Michizane, Dazaifu Tenmangu is famous as a god of study, but it is easy to access from Hakata Station and Nishitetsu Tenjin Station.

The inside of the Tiangong is small, but very delicate. There is a small bridge and flowing water inside, and there is a lotus pond. I especially like the lotus. It is very beautiful, yellow, red, and purple.

Bodo Water Mirror Shrine is near Tianshenqiao, which is not a famous scenic spot of Bodo, but we still have to go through it. There are also some local people visiting Qifu, Japanese Shrine, and there is a bird house at the door. It means stepping into the realm of God. It's a rule to bow before the bird comes in. Near the entrance, there is a pool water house for visitors to take wooden spoons and clean it with clean water from the pool. Then to the main hall of the shrine, you have to bow twice, clap your hands twice, and bow to complete the whole worship ceremony.

It's a quiet shrine opposite Across, and there are grilled and set meal shops lined up in the narrow alleys beside it, which is quite nice. Sometimes dogs kept in the precincts are walking around.

The water mirror is full of palaces, sacrificing the God of learning, Akihara Tao-zhen. Akira was a noble in the peaceful era. He was reused by Emperor Yuduo and Emperor Tan. When he was framed by Fujihara and demoted to the Taizai Palace, he felt sad when he saw his haggard figure reflected on the water surface, so the shrine was called Shuijie. Personally, I feel that Japan is a super many kinds of shrines. Please graduate smoothly and there are super big Koi and super big crow in it!
