Taking the kids to Gannan this time was absolutely amazing! The beautiful scenery and rich cultural experiences along the way made the kids super happy. The favorite spot was Zhagana, known as "China's Most Beautiful Village," and it truly lives up to its name. Surrounded by mountains and shrouded in mist, it looks like a fairyland. We took the kids on a light hike to immerse ourselves in the original rural scenery and breathe fresh air. 🚗 Self-driving Preparation 1. Vehicle Check: Conduct a thorough check of the vehicle before departure, including tires, brakes, and engine oil to ensure driving safety. Some roads in Gannan have many curves and steep slopes, which require good vehicle performance. 2. In-car Items: Bring a car charger, picnic mat, sunshade, etc., to enhance travel comfort. 3. Route Planning: Plan the route in advance and download offline maps. Some areas in Gannan have poor signal, and offline maps can be a lifesaver at critical moments (this is super important‼️ We forgot to download offline maps from Langmu Temple to Ruoergai Grassland and had to drive around looking for signal halfway). 👶🏻 Family Tips 1.
