Anonymous userIt was great. The ticket counter and boarding point were very clear, and the staff were very nice. It's a pity it was a cloudy day when I came; it would probably be even more beautiful on a sunny day. I finished my ride in 20 minutes, and having a whole bus to myself was quite enjoyable. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Anonymous userThere wasn't a lot of mats for people to sit and chill together. So you end up having to sit apart. Shower and onsen facilities were ok. Quite organised, but clothes provided were quite old looking. There was also quite a lot of variety of food to eat (at additional cost).

企鹅旅行日记It was a great experience. The regular train is more cost-effective than the capsule train, costing only 35 yuan. There are K-pop dance performances at the starting and ending points. All seats in the carriage face the sea view. The journey takes 25 minutes, but try to arrive early because the last row is standing room.

_GG***99Overall, everything was good. However, the young female staff who issued the tickets had a very bad attitude and poor customer service.When I first arrived, she didn’t greet me and just stared at me without saying anything. She told me that if you buy ticket right now you should enter directly right now. So I went back to the hotel to get my clothes and hurried back before closing time at 4 PM, but then she said the water park closes at 5 PM. Because of this, I had no choice but to come back the next day.Her attitude was very unpleasant. I also saw her speaking rudely and scolding another older woman.

_GG***66Greetings from Singapore. Me & my daughter 12 years old enjoyed alot. There is many people however queue moving fast. The helmets are very limited, cant find the right size hence not very comfortable during the ride! Weather is really nice with this adventurous ride. After the ride, walking distance to Lotte Outlet. One stone kill 2 birds
