It is only for parking and rest, there is nothing to go shopping. Also, zero kilometers is not considered a scenic spot. Only one entrance is outside. There is a small ticket office and a small sightseeing bus station here. Generally, people who come here are driving to this location by themselves, parking and resting, and then can only take the scenic sightseeing bus to enter, otherwise only walk.
