Fort Wayne is a small city in Indiana. It is the birthplace of the NBA. One of the most famous attractions is Allen county public library, in a place that is more downtown. The public library is awesome, the area is large and quiet. There is a meter parking on the side of the road at the door. There is a parking lot for library patrons. The parking lot opposite the back door is for library readers, and this parking lot must be paid by credit card. When I went there, the parking card was used up. I asked the library staff how to pay if the card was gone. She said that the parking fee would be free without the card.
