Dishuiyan Forest Park

The total planning area of Shawan Dishuiyan Forest Park is 7290 mu, and the ecological public welfare forest area is 6121.5 mu. The park mainly has Mawei Pine Forest, Wetland Pine Forest, Needle Broad Mixed Forest, Acacia Forest, Birch Forest, Broad Leaf Mixed, Bamboo Forest, etc. Due to the long-term closure of mountain and forest, The average forest density of dripping rock forest can reach 75% and vegetation cover can reach 95%. The park is a dripping rock bird nature reserve. Since the establishment of the reserve in 1997, it has become a paradise for bird wildlife. Now the park has a variety of birds such as gray, egrets, owls, monkey eagles, tits, yellow scorpions, hairy chickens and other birds. The spring water in the small reservoir garden is clear and sweet. A small reservoir was artificially built above the dripping rock. The total area of Longwan inrushing water in the planned area is 712.5 mu. There is water flowing down the stream through the spilling mouth throughout the year. The long flow is endless. At the foot of the mountain below the dripping rock, a small pool is formed and the water is clear as a mirror. At sunset in the reservoir, the water surface is reflected by the sun, the mountains are bright and the scenery is pleasant.

Dishuiyan Forest Park is located on Taoyuan Road, Beicun, Shawan Street, Panyu District. It is not very convenient to take a bus. You can park for free by car. This park was a reservoir in the early days. The Bird Nature Reserve was established in 1997 and Dishuiyan Forest Park was established in 2004. The park is very large, with mountains and water, or a paradise for birds and animals. Here you can hear the sound of birds and see a group of ducks swimming happily in the water. Dishuiyan Forest Park is still a good place to climb the mountain and hike. Many Panyu citizens go here for walks and climbs the mountain. The air in the park is fresh, even if you just sit by the water, it feels very comfortable.

I really like to go to Dishuiyan Forest Park to climb the mountain. Dishuiyan Forest Park has a high forest coverage and high oxygen content. The trees are shaded and will not be sun-dried. Even in summer, it will not be very hot. There are few people and parking is free.

Dishuiyan Forest Park is located on Dishuiyan Street, Taoyuan Road, Beicun, Panyu District, just in the ancient town of Shawan, and it is very convenient to walk in. Dishuiyan Forest Park was formerly known as Dishuiyan Bird Nature Reserve. Since the establishment of the reserve in 1997, it has become a paradise for birds and wildlife. I arrived at the gate of the park at 4 pm on the weekend, where there were a lot of electric cars and bicycles placed in a horizontal and vertical manner, and the signboard of the gate was dilapidated. When I walked into the park, I found that the inside was completely new and the vast world was refreshing. Trees are shaded, and open-air leisure stone benches are dotted with them. The children frolicked on the lawn or camped with tents. The park has mountains and waters and the environment is very beautiful. Walking along the forest path, I saw a large lotus pond. Unfortunately, the lotus has withered and only the fish swim in the pool. Continue along the road to the lake island of the Bird Nature Reserve, where there is an island surrounded by water, and a group of ducklings swimming happily. Because of time, I only went to the park for a small part, and even the reservoir halfway up the mountain did not go, so I went back with the tourists who went down the mountain. Next time I have to find a morning, I have more time to take a good tour of the dripping rock forest park.

Dishuiyan Forest Park is located in the southwest of Shawan Town, formerly known as the Bird Nature Reserve. There is the third high mountain of Panyu "Green Roots" in the park, which covers a large area of ecological forests, such as Mawei Pine Forest, Wetland Pine Forest, and Birch Forest.
