Hey, everyone 👋! I just got back from a "shop-and-eat marathon" in Guangzhou, and I was completely conquered by the city's passion and tenderness! In May, Guangzhou is full of lush banyan trees 🌳, the aroma of morning tea, the stories of the arcade buildings, and the evening breeze of the Pearl River... I didn't want to leave any of it behind! Save this guide and let me take you on an immersive experience of the charm of "The City of Goats"~
📍 Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong Province, also known as "The City of Goats" and "The City of Flowers"! This is a millennium-old commercial capital, with historical sites such as the Chen Clan Academy and Zhenhai Tower 🏯, as well as the modern prosperity of Canton Tower and Zhujiang New Town. Authentic Cantonese cuisine is hidden in the streets and alleys, and the old arcade streets tell stories of the past. In May, the temperature in Guangzhou is getting warmer, but it's super cozy to enjoy morning tea in an air-conditioned room and take a night cruise on the Pearl River~

Grandview Mall, aka 正佳广场, is a huge mall in the Tianhe district, near Tiyu West Road Metro Station, and beside two other malls: Parc Central and Tee Mall. Grandview Mall has an aquarium, a large game area, dinosaur bone decorations, safari animal statues, and so many things to do inside. I spent hours here!
Going with the baby, the baby is very happy, specially from abroad, it is worth a visit, the mall is in a hurry and there are many friends who like it, it is very suitable for children to relax during the holiday, and there will definitely be a chance to come over 😆
Grandview Mall, located at 228 Tianhe Road, Guangzhou, is a prominent shopping center that has become a key landmark in the city. The mall covers an area of 300,000 square meters, with seven floors above ground and two and a half floors underground. It features a mix of retail, leisure, entertainment, dining, exhibitions, fitness, tourism, and business facilities. The mall is designed as an experiential theme shopping park, integrating shopping with various experiences.
Grandview Plaza, once ranked among the "Top Ten Shopping Centers in the World", is a super-large shopping center, a family fashion experience center and a tourist destination in the city center. It is also a national AAAA-level tourist attraction and a cultural, commercial and tourism complex that integrates commerce, tourism, culture, education, entertainment, social interaction and business. It is located in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. It gathers many well-known domestic and foreign brands. It is a good place for JMS to go shopping. It is the experience capital of Asia and will change your life with an experiential shopping model.
Zhengjia Square, the experiential capital of Asia, changes your life with experiential shopping mode! Watching 3D movies in international cinemas, fighting in large indoor amusement parks, feeling elegant and chic in real ice skating rinks, and choosing Xinshui commodities in melodious music. Let pleasure run through every detail of shopping, let body and mind enter a comfortable journey, let the citizens of Guangzhou, the people of the Pearl River Delta and even the tourists of the whole country enjoy the experience of international sophisticated commercial civilization.
It's a good place to eat, drink and have fun. I went to Cuihua Restaurant for dinner. It's really good. If I want to really taste Hong Kong-style tea restaurant, it's a good place to go! Two people are about 145 or so. The price-performance ratio is still very high. Shopping here is also very good. The environment is good, the decoration is very stylish and creative.
There are many varieties and a lot of food. A family can spend half a day shopping. If you are tired at noon, you can find food nearby. There are also many places suitable for children to play. Overall, it is worth going.
For shopping, I prefer to go to Zhengjia. It has a comprehensive range of food, clothing, and entertainment. You can spend a whole day here. There are more than 200 clothing brands, basically mid-to-high-end and mass brands are available here, and European, American, Japanese, and Korean styles can all be found here. In short, there are all kinds of styles. If you like commuting, you can go to Friendship Store (also in Zhengjia Plaza). The clothes there are more suitable for work and of better quality. I recommend Friendship Store for commuting clothes. There are many restaurants, beverage shops, and dessert shops! No matter what cuisine you like, you can find a restaurant you like here. The mezzanine (M floor) is more popular and economical. There are many restaurants upstairs, which are relatively expensive. For entertainment, there are cinemas and Ocean World, which are loved by both the elderly and children. However... I think the tickets to Ocean World are a bit expensive. If you are tired of shopping, you can find a content club spa in the mall. I recommend Nariel, which feels good. Public transportation is very convenient. You can get out of the Sports Center on Metro Line 1 and don't need to walk to the road. Driving is not recommended, as it is difficult to find a parking space.
