Liuhua Lake Park features subtropical scenery. It is named after the northeast of the lake where there are Nanhan historical sites and Huaqiao. In the northern part of the park, narrow grass stretches across both sides. There is a Banyan tree playground, Baoxiang park, badminton court and other places. There is also a bird island where tens of thousands of herons gather. There are Xishuangbanna scenery gardens and waterfalls in the Eastern District. The Southern District is adjacent to the Guangzhou Children's Palace, where there is a large area of pine forests with beautiful scenery. At the west end of the park is Bonsai Garden, and at the east end is the famous Flow flower garden. Aquatic plants such as lotus are planted in the waters of the park and are very ornamental.
