Memorial Museum of Generalissimo Sun Yat-sen's Mansion

Sun Yat-sen Grand Marshal's Mansion Memorial Hall is located at No. 18 Dongsha Street, Textile Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. It is a memorial hall based on the former site of Guangzhou Grand Marshal's Mansion. The predecessor of Guangzhou Grand Marshal's Mansion was built in Qingguangxu 32 years (1906) in Guangdong Shimin soil (cement) The factory office building, named after Sun Yat-sen's six years (1917) and the 12 years (1923) of the Republic of China established the revolutionary regime here twice, is the National Second-Level Museum. In October 1998, the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government prepared to build the "Sun Yat-sen Grand Marshal's Mansion Memorial Hall", and the Sun Yat-sen Grand Marshal's Mansion Memorial Hall was rebuilt by the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government with a capital of 15 million yuan and officially opened to the public on May 1, 2006. The total construction area of the memorial hall is 4238 square meters. The memorial hall of the Grand Marshal Sun Yat-sen has a permanent exhibition such as the "Shuaifu 100 Years" restoration display, "Defending the Republic of China - Sun Yat-sen established a regime in Guangdong three times", "Shuaifu Celebrity" exhibition and "An Australian Architect's China Complex" exhibition. The memorial regularly holds various thematic exchanges and exhibitions, carries out various forms of patriotic education activities, and has more than 10,000 cultural relics (sets).

It was formerly a cement factory built by Guangdong Supervisor Hu Chunhui in the late Qing Dynasty to supplement the insufficient military expenses. The Grand Marshal's Mansion Memorial Hall is composed of two yellow three-story buildings, namely the South and North Buildings, connected by the aisle in the middle, as well as the East and West Square and the main entrance. The two main buildings combine Lingnan style architectural style, such as vase-style guardrails, shutters and windows, the whole small yellow building looks very spectacular. Now there are long-term exhibitions such as "Shuaifu 100 years" restoration display, "Sun Yat-sen established three times in Guangzhou" basic display, "Shuaifu celebrity", "Panei Guangzhou architectural history" and "Lingnan in Pane's eyes", and sometimes special temporary exhibitions. Generally from the north building to the south building, the whole tour is about an hour. The north building exhibition Mr. Sun's revolutionary trajectory in Guangzhou is "Sun Yat-sen in Guangzhou three times to establish a regime" basic display, as well as a large number of historical materials in Guangzhou. On the guardrail of Sun Yat-sen's office in the North Building, there is also the word "seeking truth" of Sun Yat-sen's own inscription. The South Building restored the original appearance of the rooms where Mr. Sun lived. On the third floor, there are "Mr. Sun Yat-sen's office", "Grand Marshal's Mansion Conference Room", "Sun Song bedroom", "Restaurant", "Laundry room", "Radio News Room" and the small rooms that Song Meiling once lived in. The four rooms on the second floor are the "Staff Office", "Secretariat" (Office of Yuan Zhongkai), "Base Camp Bulletin Editorial Office" and "General Senate Office" (Office of Hu Hanmin). The first floor is also a variety of rooms, such as "Medical Officer Room", "Military Service Office", "Army Depot" and so on. The corridors on the first to third floors of the South Building are restored for the "Shuaifu 100 years".

This building looks more historical, of course, its historical and cultural heritage is still relatively deep. Facing the Pearl River, it is currently free to open. The environment is also not bad. You can check it out by the way when you are leisurely exercising.
