People visit Yong Qing Fang for the Moon Bridge, where at night, when viewed from a certain angle, the reflection of the bridge in the water forms a crescent moon shape. The area also has lots of shops and things to eat, and is nice to stroll around.
The main body of Guangzhou Xiguan Yongqingfang Tourist Area consists of two core areas: the Litchi Bay area in the north and the Enning Road (Yongqingfang, Cantonese Opera Art Museum) area in the south. The scenic area is located in 5 connected historical and cultural blocks, namely: Fengyuan Street-Liwanyuan, Changhua Street, Enning Road, Duobao Road, Baoyuan Road Historical and Cultural Block, 6 It brings together the customs of Xiguan, arcade buildings, and Lingnan opera, and is one of the places with the most Lingnan cultural flavor. As the Xiguan site with the most urban cultural heritage of Guangzhou, Guangzhou Xiguan Yongqingfang Tourist Area has the most complete arcade building complex and the Republic of China buildings in the style of a combination of Chinese and Western styles in Guangzhou. It has a heavy historical and cultural heritage and is a benchmark for Guangzhou's efforts to create an organic urban renewal in the new era of China that integrates historical and cultural heritage with contemporary urban life.
We spent the most time here, returning to the area 3 days of our week in Guangzhou. the area is filled with traditional buildings and shops. many of the good eateries are in the area too. the bridge is a bit of a hype in my opinion, you won’t miss much if you don’t see it.
There are a lot of food, it is worth a visit, it is recommended!

A very distinctive pedestrian street in Guangzhou, with various specialty restaurants. I had a thick-cut fried yogurt and a fish ball. Walking along the street, I soon arrived at the Cantonese Opera Art Museum. The museum is quite nice and not too big, so you can walk around it quickly. The Moon Bridge is right next to the museum, and you need to take pictures on the right bank of the bridge to get the effect. After taking pictures of the bridge, walk along the right bank, there is a very old street with very old houses. I had clay pot rice and fish cakes in a Shunde restaurant, both of which were delicious. Strolling slowly in Yongqingfang, there are green trees and red flowers, and not many people, it feels very comfortable.
