Yijiangyuan Scenic Area

Tongqiao is located in Dahuotou Village, Huixian Town, Lingui District, Guilin. It is said to have been built in the Tang Dynasty and has been more than 1300 years ago. The landscape here is picturesque, autumn and winter, and the spring and summer flowers are in full bloom. ​ (Figure 1 shows Huixian Zhuangyuan Bridge) Huixian Town was originally Lingui County, and after Lingui County was changed to a district, it is now Lingui District, Guilin City. It is about 30 kilometers away from the city. It takes about an hour to drive. The car is out of the city. Follow the Guiyang Highway. Go to the front intersection of the Lushan Campus of Guangxi Normal University in Lushan District. Turn right and go directly to Huixian Town. The car enters the town. After Huixian Middle School, turn right for about one kilometer and go directly to Tongqiao. The traffic is very convenient. Huixian Town belongs to the typical karst peak plain landform, the peaks are overgrown, the shapes are different, and the scenery is beautiful. The cultural monuments are also very rich, and many ancient stone bridges are also located on these rivers, which have local characteristics. Tongqiao, it is said that the locals originally called "Tongqiao", and called it, it became the current "Tongqiao" harmonic. The copper bridge was built in the Qing Dynasty 〈 the specific age is unknown 〉, at least more than 100 years ago. The bridge crosses the Huixian River from east to west, the bridge is long 23.8 meters, wide 5.2 meters, and the bridge arch span 10.9 meters. The arch of the bridge is3.5 meters away from the water. It is a single-arch stone bridge with a simple shape and is now a key cultural relics protection unit in the county.

Yijiangyuan is not beautiful in the Lijiang River, but it is also a famous attraction in Guilin. Here you can listen to Liu Sanjie's scene of mountain songs. Yijiangyuan water and mountains are also very eye-catching. There are waterwheels on the shore, and the Zhuang's daughter has long hair and shampoos. The boat is leisurely, the mountain songs echo, and there is a special flavor.

The natural scenery here is very beautiful, the river is clear and crystal, the grass and trees on both sides are flourishing, the villagers'national costumes are beautiful, the houses are simple and natural, and the songs and dances show the characteristics of this place incisively and vividly.
