Family, when you come to Hangzhou, you must visit Baidi! It is connected to the Broken Bridge on one end and Pinghu Qiuyue on the other. The whole journey is about 1 kilometer and you can walk it easily. I went there in spring, and the scenery was absolutely amazing! Willow trees and peach blossoms on both sides of the road are staggered. When the wind blows, the willow branches sway slowly, and the peach blossoms are also beautiful. The air is filled with a faint floral fragrance, which makes people feel very happy.
Baidi is like a brocade belt in the West Lake. Now this season, the willow is green and the peach is smiling. It is the most worth punching in all seasons of the year. You can visit Baidi and walk is the best way to open it. The whole embankment is 987 meters long and 33 meters wide. It crosses the lake and divides the West Lake into inner and outer lakes. On both sides of the embankment, there are a line of willow and birch. 139 willow trees are weeping willows; 134 peach trees are basically birch.
Bai Causeway is a must-visit place for sightseeing in West Lake, and it is impossible to bypass it because it connects Broken Bridge and Solitary Hill, which are the most important attractions of West Lake. In addition, Bai Causeway was built under the supervision of Bai Juyi and has a very high cultural status. Bai Causeway has excellent scenery, better vision, and the background for taking photos is the best in the world because it is the best viewing point for Baojiao Pagoda and a good place to overlook West Lake and Nanshan and Wushan. The pink peach blossoms and green willows on Bai Causeway are the best place to appreciate peaches in spring, and the lotus in the waters of Broken Bridge is also the main attraction for viewing lotus in West Lake. This is where the most cultural relics, myths and legends are concentrated. It is also picturesque and a major transportation route. It is hard not to visit when visiting West Lake!
In March, the new willows on the banks of West Lake are green and graceful, and peach blossoms are brewing on the branches. In the evening, I took a walk on the Baidi Causeway and found a peach blossom blooming alone by the Jindai Bridge. When the lights came on, the new willows and pink peaches were set against the golden Baochu Pagoda, which was also a beautiful sight! In ten days, the classic scene of "willows and peaches planted in between" will appear on the Baidi Causeway. [Scenery] Excellent [Fun] The first choice for spring outings [Value for money] Free tour
[Scenery] A great place to enjoy plum blossoms [Fun] Both sunrise and sunset are interesting [Value for money] Ceiling At six o'clock in the morning today, the weather was sunny and cold. I walked to the Broken Bridge and the sky was already crimson. I didn't go up the Broken Bridge, but went directly to Beishan Street, and I got a large view of the Broken Bridge at sunrise. 👍Turn left at Beishan Street and go up Xiling Bridge, and come to Gushan, and get the first branch of green plums. I'm happy! After Linshe, a field of red and white plums are about to bloom. "Pretty doesn't fight for spring, but announces the arrival of spring", and the West Lake will enter the peak season for flower viewing next! 👏
On the first night of arrival in Hangzhou, take my mother to visit the West Lake. In the evening, the lights were first put on. The peach red willow green on the shore cooperated with the lights, a comfortable, prosperous and peaceful scene. The day before the Qingming Festival holiday. There are not many tourists. Neither lonely nor crowded, young men and girls in traditional costumes can be seen punching in and taking pictures. The beauty of the West Lake cannot be recorded by the camera, and only by visiting, you can truly feel the beauty of the mountains and rivers of the motherland.
This is the most worthwhile place to visit in West Lake. The cultural landscape of West Lake is best known by Su Dongpo and Bai Juyi. Bai Causeway was built by Bai Juyi and has a high cultural status. In addition, the geographical location here is superior. The best starting point for visiting West Lake is Broken Bridge. After Broken Bridge, there is Bai Causeway. Bai Causeway connects to Gushan Mountain. The most important attractions of West Lake are concentrated here. If you don't walk on Bai Causeway, you can't say you have been to West Lake. Finally, the scenery here is extremely beautiful. Bai Causeway divides West Lake, one side is the main lake, and the other side is Beili Lake. The scenery on both sides is different. The willow and peach trees on the embankment are also very famous beautiful scenery.
Hangzhou in March is full of spring. I came to Baidi Causeway by the West Lake and started a romantic spring trip. Baidi Causeway was originally named Baisha Causeway. It starts from Broken Bridge and Residual Snow in the east and ends at Pinghu Qiuyue in the west. It is about 1 kilometer long. Walking on Baidi Causeway, there are beautiful scenery of willows and peaches on both sides of the road. The willow branches sway in the wind and the peach blossoms are gorgeous, as if you are in a beautiful painting. Starting from the Broken Bridge, I walked along Baidi Causeway. Broken Bridge and Residual Snow is one of the ten scenic spots of West Lake. Although it is not winter at this time, the beauty of Broken Bridge is still intoxicating. Continuing forward, passing Jindai Bridge, Pinghu Qiuyue in the distance gradually came into view. Along the way, you can also see cruise ships on the lake, and the lake water is sparkling under the sunshine. Baidi Causeway is not only picturesque, but also carries a profound historical and cultural heritage. The Tang Dynasty poet Bai Juyi once left a famous line here: "I love the white sand embankment in the shade of green willows on the east side of the lake the most". In order to commemorate him, later generations named this embankment Baidi. On Baidi, I felt the different charms of West Lake in four seasons. The pink peach blossoms and green willows in spring, the blooming lotus in summer, the fragrant osmanthus in autumn, and the picturesque snow scene in winter all make people linger. Walking among them, it seems to be integrated with nature, and all the troubles are thrown away. The beauty of Baidi lies not only in its natural scenery, but also in the history and culture it contains. It has witnessed the changes of Hangzhou and carries the memories and emotions of countless people.
