All the beautiful and unique historical buildings make this square so special. The restaurants and cafes are always filled with people who enjoy the beautiful views of the old town.

Am Markt is the square located in the heart of the historic centre of Hannover. It is the square where the old town and the Marktkirche are located.
The area near the market church
An old stone-shaped square around the church. Nearby is the Old City Hall, the monument to Martin Luther, a beautiful fountain and the torch houses. It is the center of the old city. It is pleasant to walk around.
