based on 7780 reviewsThis was for sure worth it. The glass bottom was so cool. Made the experience even better. The line was pretty long but the length of the ride makes it worth it. It’s pretty cool when you get over the mountain and the first sight of the giant Buddha. The line up on the was back was super short. Almost just walked right on with no wait time. Definitely recommend.

Tickets purchased through Ctrip were instantly usable, which was so convenient, and the price was cheaper than buying them on-site. The Crystal Cable Car was amazing! It was Monday, and there were very few people; they even gave us a private cabin for two, allowing us to take photos freely. It wasn't as scary as I'd imagined; the scenery was truly stunning. The entire ride took about twenty minutes, traversing mountains and seas, offering views of the airport, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and finally, the Tian Tan Buddha at the summit. It was totally worth it!
It is very convenient to use! Saved us so much time to roam around and enjoy the sceneries in the village!
Unique cable car experience Ngong Ping 360 cable car is the longest double cable cable system in Asia. Sitting in the cable car, it is like walking in the air, overlooking the blue sea and blue sky of Tung Chung Bay, the busy view of Hong Kong International Airport and the verdant greenery of North Lantau Country Park. The cable car is designed to be a standard carriage, a crystal carriage and a panoramic carriage. If you want a more exciting and full-scale viewing experience, you can choose a crystal carriage or a panoramic carriage. The scenery at your feet is unobstructed, making people feel like they are in an aerial wonderland. You can buy a variety of special souvenirs with the theme of cable car, monkey, big Buddha shape, and taste authentic Hong Kong cuisine and delicious tea. - Temple of Heaven Buddha: A few minutes walk from Ngong Ping Market, you can see the world's second largest outdoor bronze Buddha, the Temple of Heaven Buddha. This 30-meter-high Buddha is solemn and in awe. Pick up the steps up the steps, feel the grandeur of the Buddha up close, and overlook the entire Ngong Ping Plateau and the surrounding scenery at the foot of the Buddha.
I wanted to go to Lantau Island when I went to Hong Kong before, and I finally had the chance to go this time. Take the MTR to Exit B of Tung Chung Station and you can see the entrance of Ngong Ping 360. It starts at 10 o'clock, and you can go there in advance to queue up. I bought a regular ticket for the outbound and return panoramic tickets. The one-way trip takes more than 20 minutes. The ups and downs are really good. You must check the weather. Along the way, you can see the Hong Kong Airport, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the Tian Tan Buddha and other scenery. You can also see planes taking off. Once I saw two planes taking off at the same time, lucky. After arriving, you can see some specialty shops in Ngong Ping Market, and then go to see the Tian Tan Buddha. You need to climb more than 200 stairs, which is spectacular. Due to time constraints, I didn’t go to Tai O this time. I went down the mountain before 12 o'clock. At this time, no one went down the mountain. The panoramic carriage was reserved by one person. I took pictures at will and was very happy.
Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car is the longest double-cable cable car in Asia. The entire cable car journey takes about half an hour, and there are three types of cabins to choose from. The crystal cabin has a transparent glass bottom and is more exciting. You can overlook the Hong Kong Airport and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge while riding the cable car all the way up. The scenery is very nice.
Ngong Ping 360 is suitable for a half-day leisure tour You can choose to go up the mountain in the crystal carriage on the way out and the standard carriage on the way back. If there are not many tourists, you may have the possibility of occupying the entire carriage You can visit the Ngong Ping Market with a warm Christmas atmosphere 🎄 You can climb the stairs to feel the shock at the foot of the Big Buddha and the vastness of the mountains
Ngong Ping 360 located in Lantau Island is worth a visit. The experience is very good. It takes three or four hours to visit, including the cable car round-trip. If you want to go to Tai O, at least set aside a whole set of days. It is recommended 😁
