roadside marker
ALl there is here is a roadside marker by the sea telling you that you are at the 45th parallel. Nyeh! Not worth the stop, but if yo do stop you can snap your photo and be back on the road in 2 minute...
A monument showing 45 degrees, which is half of 90 degrees north latitude. It was built on the side of the road and I didn't know what the monument was, but later I learned that it was a monument of 45 degrees north latitude. I can see the information boards that say this here here and there, but when I see the real thing, what? This? To be honest, I thought.
Located on the Oloron Line. It's a pretty sober monument, so if you're not aware of it, you'll pass by. I stopped by to take a picture to commemorate my arrival at 45 degrees north latitude, but there was no one. It was good to be able to take a picture slowly.
If you go north on the Ororon Line Road 106 Wakkanai Tenshio Line toward Wakkanai, you will suddenly appear on your left. Don't pass by and run backwards. If you go south from Wakkanai to Tenshio, you will find the opposite lane. It is a large N monument, but you need to be careful about safety to see it not a glimpse but a guts.

At first glance, I didn't know what it was.

Roads and bridges
As the name suggests, it is a monument showing 45 degrees north latitude. It is right next to the road. Rishirifuji looked beautiful behind it.
