It was built on the side of the road and I didn't know what the monument was, but later I learned that it was a monument of 45 degrees north latitude. If you go north on the Ororon Line Road 106 Wakkanai Tenshio Line toward Wakkanai, you will suddenly appear on your left. Don't pass by and run backwards. If you go south from Wakkanai to Tenshio, you will find the opposite lane. It is a large Ｎ monument, but you need to be careful about safety to see it not a glimpse but a guts.
