| See ancient bridges and eat braised pork knuckle and Dingsheng cake. I just came back from Nanxun Ancient Town, and it was amazing! Transportation is convenient. You can take a high-speed train to Huzhou Station, and then take a taxi to the ancient town in about half an hour. If you want to save money, you can also take a bus, but it will take more time. As for tickets, some attractions sell separate tickets, but I bought a combo ticket, which allowed me to visit great places like Xiaolianzhuang and Jiayetang Library. It was a great deal, and students can get a discount with a student ID. Even if you don't visit Xiaolianzhuang when the lotus flowers are in bloom, the garden is still beautiful and elegant. Jiayetang Library is full of ancient charm and culture. The riverside houses in Baijianlou are shrouded in mist in the morning and bathed in the sunset in the evening, making for great photos! You can stroll along the river and stop at a riverside shop for tea when you're tired. It's so relaxing. The food is also great! Dingsheng cake is soft and glutinous, sweet but not greasy, and has a good meaning. The toppings on Shuangjiao noodles are fragrant, and the noodles are smooth and chewy.
