The observatory was off limits due to its deterioration. From the bottom of the observatory, the tree 々 is overgrown and you can't see anything. There was a toilet.
It is located on a narrow road branched from the national highway 2, 3 km from the village of HAMASU Sanbetsu. A small grassland garden along the road has an observatory tower, but the surrounding trees 々 extend and you can't see the sea as clean as you think.
