Access is not so good.
It is a public gymnasium in Ishinomaki City and is in good condition. You can walk from JR Ishinomaki Station, but since it is a steep uphill, many people use private cars.

Reborn Art Festival 〜 Rolling Poetry 〜 It was a charity live of gorgeous members of Mr.Children's Kazuhisa Sakurai and Takeshi Kobayashi. It was a live performance that made me feel impressed and I couldn't forget about the earthquake and think about various things.
