So we were in Kumamoto to visit the Takachiho Gorge and has a free day before we move to the next city when I came across this soy sauce brewery in Google maps. So off we went by bus and found ourselv...

As expected, I was surprised that there were many kinds of soy sauce, which is specialized in soy sauce. I bought sashimi soy sauce and it was very delicious.
