A scenic spot with a panoramic view of the town of Shirakama and the Pacific Ocean
Original Text
The city of Shiranuka Town is located in a narrow area between the Pacific Ocean and the hills behind it. The hill behind it was this park, Cape Morihigashiyama Park. By car, I was able to reach the observation spot by car by climbing a narrow road on a steep slope paved from the side of the city. The view from there is quite a spectacular view. Below you can see the city of Shiranuka, including the Shiranuka fishing port, and on the south side it was a superb view spot overlooking the endless Pacific Ocean.
The city of Shiranuka continued along the sea, and behind it was a hill. On the small hill, there was Cape Morihigashiyama Park. 3 The moon I visited was still covered with snow. The mountain road leading to the park was snowed off halfway, but the upper part of the hill was not snowed off. Ahead of the mountain road where the snow remained, the town of Shiranuka, the harbor, and beyond, the endless Pacific Ocean were waiting. It was a superb view.
There is an observatory in a park on a hill in Shiranuka Town. From the observatory, you can also overlook the Pacific Ocean and シラヌカノ fishing port. At night, you can also see the night view of the fishing boat with beautiful lights.
At the signal < East 3 South 1 East 2 South 2 intersection > of National Highway 38, the car from the Obihiro area turns left, and the car from the Nemuro area turns right → crossing the railroad crossing and turns "Ureshipachise" to the park entrance. You can drive up to the top. When it's sunny, the view is very good, and even if you're sick, you can feel refreshed and positive when you come here. Even on rainy days and foggy days, it has a moist feeling peculiar to Eastern Hokkaido, and I think it's "nice". 〇 4 The roadway is 1 car ...

Located in a car 2 and 3 minutes from the center of Shiranuka. A park with a very simple view of the sea. If you climb a little steep slope, you will find a parking lot and a monument to the local fishery union at the top. The view is wonderful and you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean. There is also a toilet in front of the top.
