It is a nun monzeki temple that is also called Tokiwa Imperial Palace. It is also the site of Jimyoinden during the period of the Northern and Southern Dynasties. 3/14 Zendoki is open to the public only for r3/14. There is a stone torii gate on the right side of the front gate. This back gate is open on the day.
There was Keishoin when I was wandering around Anrakukoji-cho, Kamigyo-ku, but in front of the east gate, there was a piece bill with the Koshoin Monzeki, and when I read it, Koshoin was founded by Emperor Gofushimi's princess. It was written that it would move to this place after the Onin Rebellion. Next to it is a stone monument with the ruins of Jimyoin Sendo Imperial Palace. Oh mysterious, Joban Imperial Palace?

Winter Trip in Kyoto 18 It is the first time in a year. Shooting was prohibited on the premises. I saw the relocated Tokiwa Kaikan related to Emperor Showa. The flower ceiling was beautiful, but it's new. The 500-year-old pine tree is spectacular.
Koshoin is a monzeki temple and is highly prestigious and is usually closed to the public, but it is open to the public during the 2019 consecutive holidays. If you miss this opportunity, you won't know when it will be open next time, so please visit once during the consecutive holidays.
It seems to begin with the fact that the princess of Emperor Gofushimi decorated it during the Kamakura period and built a temple called Koshoin. It is located in a narrow alley and is difficult to understand. Also, even if you enter the mountain gate, there is no atmosphere of a gate ruin, and the first impression is that it is a lonely place.

There's a torii next to it.
