Oahu, Honolulu, Hawaii 6-Day, 5-Night Travel Guide
Day 1: Arrive by plane, pick up your car, and check into your hotel.
Accommodation 🏨: We chose to stay near Waikiki. The hotel had many pools of varying sizes, and the ABC store right outside was very convenient. Later, we moved to another hotel. After visiting the Big Island, it felt very convenient to have a shopping mall right outside, and we could finally enjoy room service.
Day 2: Pearl Harbor Memorial
At the Pearl Harbor Memorial (reservations required for the USS Arizona Memorial), some of the exhibition halls don't require reservations and are quite interesting. You can spend about half a day there.
All-inclusive tickets cost about USD 90. You'll need to take a bus shuttle to get between the different halls. There are indoor and outdoor areas, as well as a museum.
Day 3: Polynesian Cultural Center
The center has 6 cultural villages, each with performances, handicraft demonstrations, interactive activities, and evening performances.
Different tickets 🎫 include different levels of buffet meals. You can also purchase a tour guide service. The tickets allow you to visit the park for three days, so you can come back if you don't finish exploring it all.
Day 4: Royal Hawaiian Golf Club
It really feels like playing golf in Jurassic Park. The scenery is super beautiful 😻. We even saw a group of wild boars 🐗 passing by.
Note ‼️: There is a dress code. You must wear a collared shirt, preferably a polo shirt. Be sure to bring sunscreen and insect repellent, because there are many small mosquitoes that leave very large bites, haha. I kept getting bitten as I played. You'll also lose a lot of balls, so if you're a beginner, bring extra balls. You can rent clubs in advance from outside for more choices and lower prices.
Day 5: North Shore to see the beautiful ocean, swim 🏊, see sea turtles, and visit the Dole Pineapple Plantation
🍍 If you don't have kids, I don't think it's necessary to play in the maze or ride the train at the pineapple plantation. Just get some ice cream.
To see sea turtles, they usually appear before 3pm, and you can only see them when the weather is good. It was cloudy when I went, so I didn't see any 👀.
Address: Laniakea Beach
There is a particularly photogenic and clean beach 🏖️ where you can swim. There is a net that blocks off the beach, so you won't swim out too far. It feels relatively safe, and the sand is super clean and fine. It's a great place to take pictures 📷 even if you don't swim.
Address: Kailua Beach
Day 6: Shopping and City Walk
🛍️ Ala Moana Center
🛍️ International Market Place
🛍️ Royal Hawaiian Center
🛍️ Waikiki Shopping Plaza
The overall feeling is not bad, there are characteristics, local cultural display, but some punch-in projects do not understand, do not know where to stamp, do not introduce in detail, and then each project time also conflict, so run east and west, but the overall is still distinctive
A fantastic day out of your visiting Waikiki.Visiting the Cultural Centre will give you that glimpse of Island life and history and culture that is missing from the beach resort area.We found the day to be very fun and immersive and informative.
Taking classes in Hawaii is a very classic tourist punching point. It is recommended to choose a day trip. On Trip.com , you can choose whether to have a driver to pick up and drop off or the itinerary is very convenient. There will be a great performance there at night to better understand the local cultural atmosphere. The whole performance is still very shocking. In addition, the dinner inside is also very delicious. Especially the fruit inside is particularly delicious.
The Bolivian Cultural Center is a place worth visiting. Since 11:45, there are six villages in the park. You can also find a tour guide with you. They have tour guides in various languages. We haven't found a tour guide. It's easy to find out where to go according to the road signs. There are also staff members in the park. They will ask you what help you need. They are very enthusiastic. Free guided tours in various languages are also available in the garden. Every village will have people in ethnic costumes who can take pictures with them. They are also very happy. The garden displays Bolivian cultural characteristics, providing tourists with the most authentic traditional performances, and can participate in them. We are booking online tickets, 109 knives per person, including shuttle buses, garden tickets, a local characteristic roast pig buffet. Watching performances while eating can also participate in performances. The bus picks up at 10:30 a.m. at the hotel on the Waikiki side and returns to the hotel at 10:30 p.m. The pass is 80 dollars, so the buffet is different. In the evening, you can watch a performance in the theatre and feel their culture.
The regional culture is very authentic and the overall service is good! [Scenery] [Fun] [Value for money]
The Polynesian Culture Center is a Polynesian-themed theme park and living museum located in Laie, Koolauloa District, on the northern coast of Oahu, Hawaii, about 65 kilometers (35 miles) from Honolulu. The center is owned by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and opened on October 12, 1963. The Polynesian Cultural Center contains several small villages, mainly seven villages, which showcase the cultural customs of Pacific islanders with singing and dancing programs and handicrafts. The seven cultural representatives of the islands are Hawaii, New Zealand, Tonga, Fiji, Marquesas, Samoa, and Tahiti. Tourists can start dining at about 5 o'clock after visiting the cultural village, either with a tour group or on their own. After dinner, you can take a break and wait for a show starting at 7:30. After the meal, you can also take part in a 35-minute tram tour to learn about the history of the Polynesian Cultural Center. The tram will stop at the Temple Visitor Center, where visitors can get off and take a quick tour of the temple buildings. After about 20 minutes, they will get on the tour bus and return to the Jing Cultural Village to watch a large-scale performance. On the way, the tour bus passed by Brigham Young University–Hawaii, and the tour guides along the way were the female college students who volunteered, graceful, charming and enthusiastic. The parking lot where the temple is located is called the Laie Hawaii Temple Grounds and Temple Visitors' Center. The temple, namely the Laie Hawaii Temple, the Hawaii Laie Temple, also translated as the Hawaii Laie Temple, was built by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and is the first overseas temple outside the continental United States. The oldest and most famous temple built by the church is in Salt Lake City, Utah. At this point, some people may think of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, also known as the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, that is, Mormonism. In fact, Mormonism is a branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Brigham Young was the new president and prophet of the largest group of people accepted by the church after the split, and led the believers to move west to Salt Lake City, the current headquarters of the church. Brigham Young University on Oahu Island, Hawaii, is named after Brigham Young. Look and think about how beautiful the girls at Brigham Young University in Hawaii are. Mormonism... is not what many people in the secular world imagine; at least, the temple architecture and environment are fascinating, and the sunshine, air, mood... are just right.
Polynesian Cultural Village is a cultural village with national characteristics in Hawaii. Having seen this cultural village, we may have a general understanding of the seven major ethnic groups in the Polynesian Triangle. It is surrounded by mountains and rivers, with lush tropical forests. The artificial lake divides the cultural villages into seven villages, namely, Hawaii, Samoa, Aotearoa, Morio, Fiji, Tahiti, Tonga, and Maksas Islands. They represent seven different cultures in Bolivia. The architecture of each village maintains the traditional style of several hundred years ago. 。 Reflect the characteristics of national culture from different aspects. Visit the village performances in turn. Aotearoa Maori singing and dancing performances, Tongan drumming performances and interaction with obesity as the beauty, Tahitians performing dynamic grass skirt dances (where beautiful women come out), visiting the houses of Fiji chiefs, and Saoa people performing skilled dances such as peeling coconuts and lighting fires, enjoying special buffets in restaurants with Hawaiian flavor. Finally, watch the national customs of the academic performance of the National Art School.
This is a place for entertainment, and there are many ethnic performances here. I didn’t see any performances, but the big trees and sculptures in this courtyard are very distinctive. I really like such distinctive things. There are people coming and going, including our countrymen and shouting. It feels like being back in China.
