Perfect little beach!
This beach is usually quite clean, though big storms tend to bring in gunk from across the lake. It's too wavy here for seaweed to grow so it's nice and sandy. There are two free public bathrooms alon...
This "Thousand 々 Matsubara" is also the venue for the Bird Man contest. A row of pine trees continues along the beach. Also, when I stood on the beach, I could see Takeujima in the distance.
I couldn't find a parking lot, so I stopped by the roadside and visited. A fairly long and beautiful pine forest and lake shore continue. At the western end, there is a Kanpo Inn in a place with a good view. However, on the day of the typhoon, timber-like garbage was scattered on the shore of the lake, and it was a disaster that could not be said to be very beautiful.
It's a long walk from the station and the castle, but I think it's a calm spot where you can feel the magnificence of Lake Biwa. The sunset is beautiful and if the air lives, you can see the Hira mountains on the opposite bank. When I was in junior high school, I remember cleaning the lake shore once a year, and I remember picking up garbage. It is on the north side of Kanpo no Yado.
Pine trees are lined up on the sandy beach, and it feels like you're really in the sea. It was sunny, so I could see Mt. Hiei 々 on the other side of Lake Biwa.

It's a great lake shore as Lake Biwa.

It's like the sea.
