The first floor is topped by a masonry wall with no mantle; the second floor is a blue stone wall with mantle on top of a stone. Jinzhou Daguangji Temple Pagoda has a clear chronological year, built in Liaodao Zongqingning three years (1057), Beizhen twin towers were built around Liaodao Zong Tianxiang years, so it can be speculated that Liaoyang Baita should be built in the Liao Dynasty.
