The Nautical Museum is also called the Maritime Museum. It is not too far from the Jujiechang. On the side of the canal, there is a big boat. It costs tens of yuan to get in. But personal recommendation is not necessary, nothing to see.
The Maritime Museum in Malacca is a very peculiar building. Its shape is taken from the treasure ship that Zheng He sailed to the West more than 400 years ago. He is also an iconic building in Malacca, and his erected mast can be seen far away. It introduces and collects many cultural relics and documents related to Malacca's maritime voyages, which are worth visiting.
The Malacca Maritime Museum is a very special museum, its shape is Zheng He when the treasure ship. It contains many of the Malacca related sea history, as well as Zheng He left in the Western Period, the content is very wonderful, definitely worth to visit.
I learn about how melaka history and culture of the sultan....
The replica of florade la mar it's the main attraction of this museum, where you can experience of the age of sail era
Cool experience to see how a boat like this looks like from the inside. Feels like being in pirates of the Caribbean!
This museum is inside the giant ship you'll find off the river. It's a recreation of Flor de la Mar, a Portuguese ship that sank off Malaka's coast. The museum has all different vessels and nautical devices on display, most of them local to the area. It's worth a visit especially if you have children with you; they'll love getting to run around on the giant ship.
Happy is a journey........................
