Brushed Malacca for the second time. The first time I came to Malacca, I was very impressed by the riverside house. The location is very good. It is 0 distance from the Malacca River. The hotel is a bit old and the price is a bit expensive, but the room is clean and tidy, and the staff is very attitude Well, the hotel's swimming pool is quite good, you can swim while looking at the Malacca River. However, due to price reasons, we finally chose DoubleTree by Hilton.
I don’t know why, there is also a villa named Sentosa here. The villas here are very beautiful, quiet, high-end, and atmospheric. It is rare to see other people coming in and out of the villa.
Villa Sentosa is one of the weirdest museum we have ever been to. Why? Because it is a living museum, means people still live in this building! It is supposed to show the real, everyday life of traditional Malay family. The idea is great but it is still a little bit awkward to come to someone's house just like this, right?
This villa is equivalent to a hotel, and it is a very nice resort, where you can see a lot of art, and you can see a lot of beautiful scenery, especially the beach and waves next to it.
This private museum is located in Kampung Morten, the only Malay village in Malacca. Built in the early 20th century, it was a popular style of Malay houses at that time. The current owner is Tuan Hj Hashim bin Datot'' Demang Hj Abdul Ghani, and his family still lives in it. You can get a taste of Malay history. Private collections include traditional Malay costumes, wedding supplies, furniture, Western collections and traditional Malay kitchen utensils.
