Manchester City Hall was under renovation and we were unable to visit it. There were regrets, gains, and losses in the journey. This neo-Gothic building built in the Victorian era was completed in 1877. It is now a Grade I protected building in the UK. Movies such as Sherlock Holmes and The Iron Lady were filmed here. The ancient building is gorgeous and exquisite, magnificent and unforgettable.
It faces a monument to Queen Victoria's husband and other great men. As you approach the building, the whole is very spectacular, and the best way is to walk around the building to fully appreciate its majesty.
