Great theater, poor parking instructions
The theater itself was lovely and even though we had seats fairly far back on the main floor, we were able to see well. I will say that I wish I had read the reviews earlier beause I'd like to echo the reviewer from 2023 who said be sure to look into the parking pass earlier if you buy one in conjunction with your ticket. There was no signage or clear address listed on which parking lot to go to, and we ended up in the wrong garage (for Pabst theater group vs. Riverside). Luckily the garage attendants didn't seem to care. For newcomers like us, part of the confusion was due to the fact that the ticket was sold through the Pabst theater group but Riverside and Pabst theater are separate locales with separate parking facilities. Also, the tickets said the doors open at 6 pm, but there was a line literally around the block at 6:50 pm, so I'm not sure why they started late. That said, the line moved fairly quickly and the show was quite enjoyable. Be careful about steps where you don't expect them at the end of the row inside the theater, especially in the dark. It is an old theater and there are some less than convenient features. Bathrooms were clean and lines moved quickly. So.... mixed reviews by a newcomer who would have been a lot unhappier if I had to pay twice for parking.

Seats are quite small and Rose are very close together.
Absolutely a beautiful theater with great sight lines to the stage. But beware if you are a larger person or even a Medium size person the seats are very small and the rows are very close to one another. I will not go back without procuring an aisle seat.

To be fair, it was the Donny Osmond summer tour concert, so it's really hard to mess that up! It was clean, efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The inside auditorium is smaller than it looks online, but it's very nice.
